We measure success by three categories: Mastery of Knowledge and Skills, High-Quality Work, and Character.
Mastery of Knowledge and Skills
Recent testing scores from our scholars advanced our school report card grade from a C to a B.
Student success means more than test scores. Our improving state assessment results are one encouraging sign that Evergreen’s curriculum and approach are helping students thrive.
High-Quality Work
Evergreen scholars consistently produce high-quality work on daily assignments and Learning Expedition projects.
7th-grade scholars design and test their rollercoaster builds.
During 1st grade, Third Rock from the Sun Learning Expeditions, scholars learn about landforms and recreate some of North America’s most iconic landscapes.
Character
Evergreen will graduate scholars who are effective advocates for themselves and others, exemplifying habits of academic performance, relationship to self, and relationship to others.
Sept. 2026- As part of their civics and local government curriculum, our eighth-grade scholars researched local issues, gathered input from community members, created questions that reflect residents' concerns and priorities, and then facilitated a City Council Candidate Forum.
Aug. 2026- New student breakfast is a time for our new Evergreen scholars to connect with each other to reinforce a school culture focused on belonging and respect.
