Resources from the Business Office
All school fees will be assessed in My School Bucks. Register for a MSB Account and use your student’s name/s and birthdate/s to register your family. All families must create an account.

Requesting Financial Assistance
Important information - PLEASE READ:
Please apply now even if you ONLY need financial assistance for your child's end-of-year trip
Deadlines:
September 30, 2026 to be retro to August
December 31, 2026 for assistance starting from request date
All year for families that experience a change in their financial situation at any time during the school year
Evergreen cannot at this time offer 100% assistance, but we do offer several different levels between 80% assistance and 34% assistance
Ongoing Support
The Compassion Fund provides direct relief to Evergreen families facing times of crisis, illness, or bereavement.
How we support our community:
Financial Assistance: Supplemental support for monthly rent, utilities, emergency car repairs, and gas or food cards.
Meal Support: Home-cooked or provided meals during illness or loss.
Robin’s Nest Clothing Closet: A free children’s clothing resource open to all Evergreen families.

We have a fully stocked food pantry right in our main office. From canned goods to instant meals, this food pantry is open to all students, families, and staff.
We are proud to be partnering with WNC Food Coalition to keep our food pantry supplied with fresh fruits and veggies. Thank you, WNC Food Coalition!
