Rachel has a Master's degree from Western Carolina University and has been working as a middle school counselor for 8 years. Before becoming a counselor, Rachel was a middle school teacher for a decade, which included time spent as an EC teacher and teaching English in South Korea. Rachel holds National Certified Counselor recognition and a Clinical Mental Health Associate's License. Rachel understands middle school can be a roller coaster for students, but truly loves being part of the journey and supporting them academically, socially, and emotionally. In her free time, Rachel enjoys chasing sunsets, playing board games, traveling, and spending time with her big family.
