Evergreen Family Orientation

Please review the slideshow below to prepare for our August 18th Orientation.

Arrival: With Construction on Haw Creek, please allow extra time to arrive for your Orientation Start Time!

-8:30am for K-4 and

-1:00pm for Grades 5-8

There will be a shuttle available from 8am for the morning and 12:30 pm for the afternoon session. The shuttle will run from Asheville Gospel Chapel.

Bring: Your potluck item/s, camp chairs or picnic blankets, items for hanging outdoors: sunscreens, bugspray, etc.
