Katie has a BA in Anthropology and an MAT in Elementary Education, both from East Carolina University. She began teaching in Greenville, NC in 2006, and this will be her fifth year teaching first grade at Evergreen. She enjoys camping, hiking, swimming, kayaking, and traveling.
