Dr. Stacy Shepard

Dr. Stacy Shepard serves as the Executive Director of Evergreen Community Charter School. An

award-winning educational leader with nearly 20 years of experience, she has dedicated her career to

developing high-performing schools, cultivating strong leaders, and ensuring every student has access to

an exceptional education.

Throughout her career, Dr. Shepard has served as a teacher, instructional coach, dean, assistant

principal, principal, and now Executive Director-Superintendent. Her leadership is grounded in a deep

belief that thriving schools are built through strong relationships, academic excellence, and a shared

commitment to continuous growth. She is known for creating collaborative cultures where students, staff,

and families feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.

Beyond her work in education, Dr. Shepard is a nationally recognized speaker, bestselling author,

ordained pastor, and founder and CEO of AriseNOW, LLC, where she equips women to lead with

confidence, purpose, and resilience. Her leadership extends beyond the classroom, inspiring audiences

across the country through speaking engagements, coaching, and professional development.

Outside of her professional roles, Dr. Shepard enjoys writing, traveling, watching movies with her little

ones, exploring new experiences, and spending quality time with family and friends. She believes that

education has the power to transform lives and is honored to serve the Evergreen community as it

continues to prepare students to lead lives of purpose, service, and impact.
