Microaggression Workshop with Dr. Alysia Fischer

Microaggressions are casual degradations of any marginalized group. Often they're done unconsciously and result from social conditioning. Although microaggressions are often committed unintentionally, their impact can be significant. Join us as Dr. Fischer explains the impacts of microaggressions, how to recognize when we're committing them, and how to change our behavior moving forward. Dr. Fischer is a Diversity Educator with 15 years experience teaching diversity courses. She is also an Evergreen parent.
