Enrollment
We welcome prospective families to visit Evergreen and learn more about our school community. We lead tours of our campus and classrooms each Monday morning. Email robin.elliott@evergreenccs.org or call at 298.2173, extension 229, to sign up. It may also be helpful to download our School Snapshot, and look at the Facts about Charter Schools.
Please NOTE: Only residents of North Carolina are eligible to apply. Beginning in early January, Evergreen will contact the applicants to confirm that we have received their application. If you have not heard from the school, please call to confirm.
The lottery for the 2013-2014 school year has already taken place. Mailings were immediately sent out to notify families of their children's application status. Specifically, these mailings let parents know whether they received placement and can then enroll or, if they did not, the mailings inform them of the order of entry. Any applications received after March 30 will be added to the waiting list in the order that they are received. You may download an application here. Applications may be either mailed or faxed, attention to Robin Elliott. You may obtain the forms at one of our information sessions or download from the link in the sidebar.
