Enrollment

We welcome prospective families to visit Evergreen and learn more about our school community.  We lead tours of our campus and classrooms each Monday morning.  Email or call Robin Elliott at 298.2173 extension 229 to sign up.  It may also be helpful to download our School Snapshot, and the answers to some Frequently Asked Questions.

Our next enrollment period is March 1 - 31, 2008. Applications received during that period will be placed in a lottery, which will be held in the school lunchroom on April 4 at 8:45 a.m. Any application that is received prior to March 1 will be placed in an inactive file and held until March 1. Beginning March 1, Evergreen will contact the applicants to confirm that we have received the application. If you have not heard from the school, please call to confirm. After the lottery is held, mailings are immediately sent out to notify families of their children's application status. Specifically, these mailings let parents know whether they received placement and can then enroll or, if they did not, the mailings inform them of the order of entry. Any applications received after March 31, 2007 will be added to the waiting list in the order that they are received.
