Applications received during that period will be placed in a lottery, which will be held in the school lunchroom in April. Please NOTE: Only residents of North Carolina are eligible to apply. Beginning in early January, Evergreen will contact the applicants to confirm that we have received their application. If you have not heard from the school, please call to confirm.
After the lottery is held, mailings are immediately sent out to notify families of their children's application status. Specifically, these mailings let parents know whether they received placement and can then enroll or, if they did not, the mailings inform them of the order of entry. Any applications received after March 31 will be added to the waiting list in the order that they are received.
Applications may be either mailed or faxed, attention to Robin Elliott. You may obtain the forms at one of our information sessions or download from the link in the sidebar.
