Eleanor AshtonAssistant Director for Development and CommunicationsEleanor Ashton is a founding member of Evergreen Community Charter School and has been involved as Board member and volunteer since its inception. She is currently the associate director for development and communications and is responsible for fundraising, grant writing, volunteer coordination, public relations, marketing, advertising, event planning and publications. For the past 25 years Eleanor has worked in the fields of public relations, sales and marketing. She serves on the Board of Directors for RiverLink and is a member of the Rotary Club of Asheville and the Western NC Public Relations Association. Eleanor is a graduate of Florida State University in Tallahassee and the University of Florida in Gainesville. Her daughters Jasmine and Laurel are graduates of Evergreen.
