Bob OakesBusiness ManagerBob Oakes has worked in service to children since 1979 including management positions in residential treatment centers and owning and operating a child care center with his wife Ann. Bob has a Masters in Human Services Administration from Antioch/New England College. Bob has held associate teacher positions at Evergreen in 2nd, 3rd and 4th grades and, combining his love of music and children, he has been a children's musician, music teacher and guitar teacher.
