Bekah BarlowAssociate Teacher, Fourth GradeBekah Barlow loves working as an Associate teacher in the 4th grade! Bekah is an outdoor educator with five years of professional experience, most recently working as the assistant camp director at Camp Kohahna in Michigan. Her previous experience includes running a summer program in Alaska for native kids, and teaching sailing, snorkeling, and kayaking at Catalina Island Marine Institute in California and at Driftwood Nature Center in Georgia. Bekah believes that hands-on learning experiences are most beneficial to childhood development and have been essential to her personal growth. She's thrilled to be back in the South and loves the mountains of Western North Carolina. |
