Evergreen Community Charter School utilizes SchoolMint, an online enrollment program that will manage the lottery applications, registration, enrollment, and re-enrollment.
You can also download the SchoolMint app from the Apple or Amazon App, or Google Play Stores, to create and maintain your SchoolMint Family Account. Paper applications are also available in the Evergreen office.
To complete an application for the 2017-2018 lottery:
Applications for the lottery will be accepted from January 1 to March 31, 2017. Only one application may be submitted for each student applying.
All applications must be submitted online or received in our office by Friday, March 31st, 2017 at 5pm, NO EXCEPTIONS. Any applications received after the designated time will not be able to participate in the lottery and will be added to the end of the waitlist for the corresponding grade.
Create ONE account for your family via the link above. Be sure to add all guardians involved with the student(s), including dual household families.
Once your account is created, complete ONE application for EACH student in your household who is interested in attending Evergreen.
Paper applications are available from our main office.
Currently Enrolled Student(s)/Families - You will receive further instructions when the time comes for re-enrollment.

Once you’ve created your family account you can go directly to the login page to update contact information or to complete any unfinished information or lottery application.
